HBF has objected to aspects of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan Review
The two main concerns about the plan are the way in which it deals with affordable housing, which is contrary to PPG3 and Government Circular 6/98, and the matter of Plan Monitor Manage. With regard to the latter the plan does not contain an adequate policy basis for the release of greenfield sites.
