HBF has submitted a paper for discussion at February's Rochford local plan inquiry - a roundtable session about housing supply. HBF believes that the council's view of future housing supply is over-optimistic and that, if further land is not made available for housing in the plan, the council will not meet its strategic housing requirement. Furthermore, the plan does not provide housing land supply lasting 10 years.
