HBF has submitted comments to Baker Associates who have been commissioned to undertake an urban housing capacity study by Sevenoaks District Council. HBF is generally supportive of the methodology proposed which takes into account comments made by the Federation on previous studies carried out by Baker Associates. It also accords broadly with Government guidance on UCS's set out in Tapping The Potential, the PPG3 good practice guide.
