Shepway District Council proposes to change Policy HO6 of its revised deposit draft local plan to alter the policy on affordable housing to require an increased proportion of affordable housing from smaller housing sites than previously the case. HBF objects to this change as it is contrary to Government guidance on affordable housing set out in Circular 6/98.
