What is a Solicitor?

A solicitor provides clients (individuals, businesses, charities, etc) with skilled legal advice and representation, often appearing in court on clients’ behalf.

A Solicitor in the building industry could involve a number of different roles such as PFI corporate and corporate finance work including mergers/de-mergers, management buy-outs/ins, shared asset acquisition and sales.

How can you become a Solicitor?
