HBF submitted written comments to South Cambridgeshire district council about its draft urban capacity study. It feels that the study methodology contains some deficiencies.
The HBF comments refer to:
- small windfall provision
- the concentration of village (rather than urban) brownfield sites
- the inclusion of farm buildings within the brownfield definition
