HBF has submitted representations to South Norfolk District Council for the Draft SPG on Affordable Housing and Housing Mix.
HBF have concerns regarding the approach the Council have adopted in compiling information used to inform the SPG, namely the HNS. The very backbone of the study, which is based on the findings from the Fordham HNS, has been unavailable for public scrutiny.
