Representations submitted by HBF on the revised deposit draft version of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Review build on comments made at first deposit stage and raise a few small new matters. The key issues, however, - housing supply and affordable housing requirements - were considered in our response to the first deposit draft version of the plan.
