HBF has submitted representations on proposed changes to the Spelthorne Borough Local Plan policies on affordable housing and housing mix and Supplementary Planning Guidance dealing with the same issues.
The changes seek an increase in the proportion of small dwellings sought on all new housing developments as well as an increased proportion of affordable housing.
It is HBF's view that these proposed changes to the adopted local plan policies are contrary to Government policy on affordable housing set out in Circular 6/98.
