After months of deliberation the Vale have finally produced modifications to its UDP in response to the Inspector's Report. They have not accepted a number of key recommendations made by the Inspector. Whilst the HBF supports the Vale's decision not to identify a Green Belt the HBF objects to thier decision to go against the Inspector's recommendation and not make further allocations in the Cowbridge area.
