HBF has submitted representations to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the Draft SPG on Affordable Housing.
HBF's primary concern to the production of the SPG was its timing. The guidance was being produced during the second deposit stage of the Waltham Forest UDP and the plan was therefore subject to amendment. As such the HBF didn't believe that it was appropriate for the Council to produce Guidance to supplement a plan that itself hadn't been formally adopted.
