HBF has submitted representations to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the Second Deposit Stage of the Unitary Development Plan.
The HBF are concerned as to the reliance the Council have placed on both the Draft London Plan and the 2000 Housing Needs Survey. Neither of these sources cannot be considered up-to-date for the purposes of determining planning policy.
