The HBF has submitted representations to Wellingborough Borough Council concerning its draft Supplementary Planning Guidance in respect of Wellingborough East - Land East of Eastfield Road. The HBF’s comments primarily relate to: · The setting of specific percentages for different types of affordable housing provision · The stipulation of design criteria · The stipulation of energy standard measures · Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS) · Developer Contributions · Lifetime Homes · Neighbourhood Recycling Facilities
