HBF representations on draft Supplementary Planning Guidance prepared by West Oxfordshire District Council on requirements for the provision of affordable housing in new residential developments. HBF objects to many aspects of the draft HBF which we believe to be contrary to Government policy on the provision of affordable housing set down in Circular 6/98.
