HBF representations on Wokingham Borough Council's housing delivery protocol. HBF expresses concerns that the Council is allowing an ever increasing housing shortfall to build up and is not releasing reserve sites which, if they were to be released, could increase house completion rates to the desired levels to ensure the structure plan housing reqruiement is met.
