HBF has submitted representations on Wokingham District Council's local plan further proposed modifications.
The representations address the matter of housing supply and the fact that the Council is falling further and further behind the required rate of house completions to deliver the required number of dwellings to achieve the Structure Plan housing requirement. HBF calls for the release of sites held in reserve by the Council in order to deliver an upturn in housing completions.
