Tracey Joined the Home Building Skills Partnership in April 2018 to manage projects and contracts
Prior to that Tracey worked in various public and private sector roles within the Skills, Training and Business support sector in Senior Programme and Contract Manager roles. She began her career in the Civil Service analysing labour market intelligence and skills shortages, then went on to spend 15 years in Training and Enterprise Council and Business Link networks managing training, development and growth funded. Prior to working for the Skills Partnership Tracey managed a portfolio of 8 programmes, over a 100 UK and sector wide projects that led on the development of focussed skills solutions, and delivered over 230,000 training interventions, providing the strategic support to enable employers to take ownership for skills development.
She is also experienced in Project management, Grant Funding and Risk management as well as the development of funding bids.
Within the Skills Partnership Tracey is responsible for the development of bids, the management of various collaborative projects and contracts and has oversight of the Home Building Ambassador Training programme.
