Supporting improved health and safety standards in home building

We are dedicated to making health and safety a top priority across the home building industry. In collaboration with our members, we have developed a range of practical resources and guidance documents designed to help employers implement and maintain safe working practices within their organisations.

How we develop industry guidance

Our Health and Safety Committee's working groups work on and produce industry guidance documents. Our guidance has been developed to support the home building industry in improving health and safety standards, and to support SME home builders to industry standards.

HBF Health and Safety Committee

Our committee members guide and shape industry guidance through its working groups.
