2025 – Community

Our 2025 theme, Community, highlighted the positive impact of new build developments on local areas and the strong community spirit among homeowners, based on our housing calculator.

Over 100 organisations participated, resulting in more than 60 media stories. We were pleased to see over 650 pieces of user-generated content across social media channels, reinforcing the theme’s reach and relevance.

Our influencer partnerships — including collaborations with lifestyle influencer Olivia Bowen and finance expert Chloe Carmichael — achieved over 1 million views across platforms.
