Mentoring Scheme:
Lovell has established a mentoring scheme which aims to provide young people between the ages of 14 to 18 years with a practical and exciting insight into the industry. The young people complete a series of six realistic construction related projects over a two year period, giving them exposure to the wide scope of careers available.
