HBF has submitted comments about the East Midlands Draft Housing Strategy which considers affordable housing provision up to 2010. The Regional Housing Strategy seeks to deliver national housing priorities, set out in the Sustainable Communities Plan, in a way that is appropriate to the East Midlands
HBF's comments relate to:
- the Barker report
- affordable housing needs
- policy 1 (sub-reional housing need and market assessments)
- policy 13 (diversity)
