Lincoln urban capacity study

8 Aug, 2004

The HBF has submitted written comments to the City of Lincoln Council regarding the content of its urban capacity study update. It feels that the study methodology contains a number of deficiencies.

The HBF has strong doubts as to the realistic likelihood of the 6,500 dwellings coming forward from the sources specified. In particular, with regard to the category of additional sites that are supposed to emanate from previously developed land with development potential to 2021.
